My name is Adrienn Kosik-Fehér, Website & marketing specialist. Since 2019, I have been helping small and medium-sized enterprises to ensure they can be found online.

How do I carry out

Many business owners feel that there is room for improvement, but that hiring someone to do it would be too expensive. I look at what can be automated using smart tools – and show them how.
A dental practice used to handle over 20 bookings a day manually – via email or telephone. Today, this is all done automatically: confirmations, reminders and cancellations – without any human intervention.
In the past, order confirmation, invoicing and updating stock levels were all carried out manually at the online shop. Today, all of this happens automatically – the owner simply focuses on sales.
A tattoo parlour used to have to post updates, manage adverts and write blog posts every week. Today, AI helps put the content together – it’s a fraction of the work, but the result is the same.
